This is for lethargy, slow thinking, excess phlegm, head congestion, sinusitis and dulled senses. Especially good for smokers & if you sniff or have sniffed drugs. 

Mapacho leaf is used by the tribes in the Amazon to clear up the head ! This is a sacred plant medicine that has had a several day infusion process into an oil. 

Administration of herbally infused oil, or nasya, helps facilitate this cleansing process. Nasya Oil soothes and protects the nasal passage while nourishing the tissues. Daily nasal lubrication helps to release tension in the head and relieve accumulated stress. Balancing for vata, pitta, and kapha, Nasya Oil is also traditionally said to improve quality of voice, strengthen vision, and promote mental clarity.

Instructions: Lay down, and insert 3-5 drops deep in the nose, and sniff very hard. Repeat for the other side. Stay lying down for 3-5 minutes to allow for the oil to really go deep into the lungs, stomach, and nostrils and head. Once you’ve done this, then get up, slowly, and cough up any excess mucus. You may also want to blow your nose. The detoxifying effects can be increased by repeating this treatment for up to 3x per day.
